When we started it all, back in 1999, I was always in touch with customers because I was the one answering the phones and email. As with all successful companies - time has passed and the business has grown. Now we employ people to deal with everyday issues and have brought in key people to help build the business in new and interesting ways.
One of the main reasons for this blog is to put my mind at rest. You see, I don't want to be out of reach for customers but I can't deal with every customer enquiry either. When I speak to customers it feels great but to develop our business further and drive it forward on it's successful journey I must delegate most tasks to my dedicated and talented team.
I would still like to keep customers updated with our plans, ideas and my thoughts and you're welcome to contribute at any time.
Hopefully this blog will serve to update all customers that are interested in learning more about what we've done, what we're doing and what we're planning to do with Big Advertising and our other companies.
